Without employees, The Norton Medicine Shoppe would just be a building. The following people make up the heart and soul of this pharmacy. We are proud to present the staff whose hard work and dedication provides the services that keep the business how it should be...
Caring Beyond Prescriptions.
While you may not recognize all of their names, these four individuals deserve recognition for their skill, knowledge, and dedication to the general health and well-being of all our patients.
Whether it's coming in late for a few extra hours to make an emergency medication for a sick child, or just spending a few extra minutes to help someone understand why they probably shouldn't drive while taking that cold medicine...

The following employees deserve a standing ovation (and perhaps a tropical vacation). Whether out front or in the lab, they are the energy that powers the pharmacy.
They are required to be versatile in and have a large wealth of knowledge concerning most aspects of the pharmacy so that they can do their daily jobs which include (but are certainly not limited to): Answering phones (and making sure that phone calls get directed to the right people), preparing prescriptions, helping to make and fill many compounds, dealing with insurance companies, solving billing errors, serving our patients, running the complex computer and cash register system, reading your doctor's handwriting, cleaning, stocking, ordering, delivery, mail, etc.
Please allow me to introduce the people that make our pharmacists' life easier....
Last, but certainly not least, these three people cannot truly be described in one section as each of their jobs is similar but at the same time very unique. They maintain and manage the finances of the business and make sure things run smoothly from day to day.
Please allow me to introduce the backbone of the pharmacy...
